Michael Scott on tv show, The Office, is usally known as the goof off boss who annoys a lot of his employees. 

But what people don’t realize is that there’s a lot to be learned from this man and I’d like to share why.  

Most EVERY episode of The Office, Michael is extremely positive. He looks after his employees (eh-a little hovering sometimes) but GENUINELY he cares about his employees. Which is pretty dang cool.
